CellularBarn offers FREE Standard Post shipping service through USPS.

Currently we do not offer shipping to locations outside of the U.S.

Where can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked accessing the USPS Track and Manage webpage.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Since we use Standard Post as our shipping method, expect to receive your product in 3-9 business days.

 

My order has not been delivered

Please access the USPS Track and Manage webpage to check on your order status. If the status of your order is marked as delivered, please check with your local post office providing the shipment details for your order, also make sure that you check for any notifications left at your door in case you were not in the shipping address at the time of delivery.

 

I have received a damaged or faulty product

Returns


What is your return policy?

In any case you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 90 days of purchase date for a refund or in store credit.

We will issue the refund using the same method of payment that was used when the item was purchased, please allow 3 to 4 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Delivery fees are not refundable, in case the merchandise has already shipped or the merchandise has to be returned to our warehouse.

Non defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued taking in consideration the current published product price minus 20% of published product price.


Please contact returns@cellularbarn.com to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Include the following information for the return:

  • Reason for return
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Email address

 

 

Will you cover return shipping costs?

We do not cover return shipping costs.

 

Will you refund shipping costs?

Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded.

In case of return there will be a shipping & handling fee adjustment.Depending on the amount of items and weight of the ordered this amount can change.
